Debra Spencer, President of D. SPENCER, INC., has many years
of custom home building experience with homes ranging in size
from 2,000 to 7,600 sq. ft. Spencer is a Mississippi Licensed
Residential Builder/Remodeler, and has been a member of the
State Board of Contractors and the Mississippi Home Builder’s
Association since 1994. Spencer is also a Licensed Mississippi
Realtor, member of the Jackson Association of Realtors and
National Association of Realtors since 1990.
Spencer’s real estate and building career has been primarily
focused in the Madison County area, specializing in waterfront
property. Proven to have distinctive abilities for property design
and providing the highest quality construction throughout each
project, Spencer is totally focused on each client’s needs and
desires.
